To the UPI ID or bank account (account number and IFSC) you save in your dashboard, after the brand confirms your results.
Questions
Is it free to join and list?
Yes. Creating a creator profile, listing your platforms and services, browsing creators, chatting and posting brand requests are all free. Fees apply only to a deal that gets funded.
When do creators get paid?
After the creator sends the results (post link, views and an insights screenshot) and the brand confirms them, the deal settles: the creator's share, after the 10% fee and GST on it, is queued as a payout and HaveCreator sends it to the UPI ID or bank account saved in the creator's dashboard.
What gets refunded?
On a per-views deal, whatever part of the budget limit the views didn't use goes back to the brand when the deal settles. If a funded deal is cancelled, HaveCreator refunds everything held in escrow; the platform fee, its GST and the gateway charge aren't refunded. A deal paid twice by mistake is refunded automatically.
What happens in a dispute?
Instead of confirming, the brand can dispute the results. The money stays in escrow while a HaveCreator admin checks the post and verifies the view count; the agreed terms then decide what the creator is paid, and any unused amount goes back to the brand.
Can the fees change?
Admins can change them, and this page always shows the current ones. A deal keeps the fees that applied when it was funded.
